1.Services

• Scope of Services: NS3TechSolutions provides VAPT, SOC and Managed services for comprehensive network safeguarding. The scope of services will be outlined in the agreement between NS3TechSolutions and the client.
• Service Modifications: NS3TechSolutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

2.Payment and Fees

• Payment Terms: Clients are required to adhere to the payment terms specified in the service agreement. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of services.
• Fee Changes: NS3TechSolutions reserves the right to modify service fees upon providing reasonable notice to clients. Any changes will not affect ongoing projects for which an agreement has already been established.
• Approval or Denial: Once the review is complete, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within [X] business days.

3.Refund Policy

• Non-Disclosure: NS3TechSolutions and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement.

6.Limitation of Liability

• Exclusion of Damages: NS3TechSolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

7.Termination

• Termination Clause: Either party may terminate the agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party. Termination details will be outlined in the service agreement.

8.Governing Law
