Job Description
- Initiate outbound calls to a list of potential customers provided by the company.
- Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
- Build and establish a positive relationship with customers over the phone.
- Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, addressing them appropriately.
- Handle objections and concerns raised by customers with confidence and professionalism.
- Provide solutions and information to customer doubts.
- Close sales deals and secure customer commitments.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads and close pending sales
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
