Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to define and understand the technical skills and qualifications required for IT positions
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, soft skills, and alignment with the organization's values.
- Gather feedback from both candidates and hiring managers after interviews and provide constructive feedback when necessary
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT or technical recruitment Specially IT Networking Industry would be an advantage.
