Job Title: Graduate Trainee / Management Trainee (All Departments)

 

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Training Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our 6-month Trainee Program at our Noida 135 office. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure and hands-on training across multiple departments including IT, Sales, HR, Accounts, and Operations.

This program is designed to help trainees understand overall business operations, develop professional skills, and build a strong foundation for their careers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist team members in daily operational and departmental tasks
  • Support different departments including IT, HR, Sales, Accounts, and Administration
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to departmental work
  • Coordinate with internal teams for assigned tasks and projects
  • Participate in internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing programs
  • Follow company policies and maintain professional discipline
  • Complete assigned tasks and reports within timelines

 

Training Exposure

During the training period, candidates will get exposure to:

  • IT & Technical Support / Networking Basics
  • Sales & Client Coordination
  • Accounts Documentation & Billing Support
  • HR Operations & Recruitment Support
  • Operations & Administrative Support

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–6 months of experience
  • Degree in B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple responsibilities
