Having successfully completed our first year, we are scaling rapidly to help businesses build robust, secure, and scalable digital foundations. We specialize in core services, e.g., Cisco ACI, Data Center Design, or Managed Services and are looking for a high-energy Sales Specialist to join our founding sales team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales Specialist with a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who has spent a year or two in the industry and is ready to take on more ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new B2B sales leads through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and industry referrals.
  2. Client Consultation: Understand client business challenges and pitch tailored IT infrastructure solutions (Hardware, Networking, Cloud, or AMC services).
  3. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales funnel—from the first “hello” to proposal submission and closing the deal.
  4. Relationship Building: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with our technical engineers to ensure the solutions proposed are technically viable and meet client needs.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends (like India’s digital growth) and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
  7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide weekly updates on the sales pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the IT Infrastructure, Hardware, or Software sectors.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field (B.Tech/BCA/BSc).

Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of Data Centers, Networking (Cisco/Juniper), Servers (Dell/HP), and Cloud concepts.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English/Hindi communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts simply.

Soft Skills: High resilience, “hunter” mindset, and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.

Tools: Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and any standard CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
