Job Summary
This entry-level role focuses on supporting sales of IT infrastructure solutions like servers, storage, networking, NOC/SOC, Cyber Security and managed IT operations. Freshers will assist in lead generation, client outreach, and deal support to build foundational sales skills in a growing tech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking events targeting SMBs and enterprises.
- Assist senior sales teams in preparing proposals, demos, and presentations for IT infrastructure and managed services.
- Learn and articulate basic product knowledge on servers, storage, networking, security, and managed services.
- Support CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups to ensure smooth sales cycles.
- Participate in client meetings, objection handling, and basic negotiations under supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA/BBA, B.Tech/B.E. in IT/Computer Science preferred.
- 0-1 year experience; internships in sales or IT support count.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts (hardware, software, cloud basics).
Essential Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Eagerness to learn sales techniques and IT infrastructure basics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Self-motivated with ability to handle rejection and multitask.
