Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close.
• Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes.
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management.
• Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.
• Process and manage Incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Handling day-to-day financial operations.
• Prepare and file GST returns.
• Handle TDS return filing, understanding and applying relevant TDS sections.
• Utilize accounting software Tally for efficient financial management.
• Maintain records of payments received and payments made to vendors and clients.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Responsible to prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 2-3+ yrs of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Can join immediately or from the first working day of next week.
