Key Responsibilities:

• Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
• Follow up with leads.
• Around 100 calls per day.
• Follow the sales script and strategy diligently while also being prepared to adapt and improvise as necessary within the parameters of the insidesales executive role.
• Achieve all the KPI and KRA’s.
• Adhere to organisational guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Communication & comprehension needs to be superlative.
• Basic computer and Microsoft skills are essential
• Effective communication in English and as well as proficiency in Hindi. (As a significant portion of customer interactions involve these languages)
• Immediate Joiners preferred
• Prior experience in Sales is plus.
• Good interpersonal skills.
