Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic Brand Ambassador (Brand Face) to represent our brand and be the public face of our company. The ideal candidate will embody our brand’s values, engage with our audience, and create a positive and lasting impression of our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary face of the brand in all public engagements, marketing campaigns, and promotional events.
• Increase brand visibility through social media, events, and community outreach programs.
• Interact with customers both online and offline to foster strong relationships and create a loyal brand community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including videos, social media posts, and blogs, that align with the brand’s voice and message.
• Participate in trade shows, product launches, and other events as the brand’s spokesperson.
• Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the marketing and product development teams to improve brand strategy.
• Uphold the brand’s reputation by consistently demonstrating professional behavior and aligning with the brand’s values and aesthetics.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Brand Ambassador, Influencer, or in a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking in public and on camera.
• Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with an understanding of content creation and audience engagement.
• Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic with the ability to engage and connect with people.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas to promote the brand and attract customers.
• Well-groomed and presentable, maintaining a professional image that reflects the brand.
• A genuine interest in the brand’s products, mission, and vision.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by events or promotional activities.
