Job Title: IT Recruiter

Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Recruitee with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support our recruitment and hiring activities. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and the internal hiring team.

This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple candidate interactions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates from job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability

2. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinate interview availability and confirm interview timings
  • Send interview invitations and reminders to candidates

3. Candidate Communication

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide updates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps
  • Handle candidate queries related to job roles and interview schedules

4. Database & Record Management

  • Maintain candidate information in Excel trackers or recruitment systems
  • Update interview status, feedback, and hiring progress regularly
  • Maintain organized records of resumes, interview notes, and candidate documents

5. Recruitment Support

  • Assist HR team in managing recruitment activities
  • Help prepare job postings and share openings on job portals and social media
  • Support onboarding documentation after candidate selection

 

Requirements

  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and interview schedules
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring
  • Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Strong candidate coordination and follow-up ability
